“ I have to say that I'm incredible surprise about this restaurant. There is a good equilibrium between taste, portion size and price. The location is perfect, along the lake with a nautical atmosphere and a nice terrace (for the sunny days). The staff was very friendly (we managed ourselves to order without German) and our orders were served quite fast. I ordered the "Grillteller Simmerath", which is 3 different types of meat along vegetables and potatoes croquettes. It was cooked perfectly! The taste of the meat was super good and it was very tender. It was accompanied with a orange-pepper sauce. The boiled veggies were dressed with a nice white sauce. The portion was good enough for me. Last, I ordered and ice cream "choco-something". Was also very good, big portions. I recommend this place if you're around the area. ”
“ Wonderful place. Beautiful restaurant. Good food. Really good food, for good value of money!! Very friendly staff. They don't have many pictures online from the restaurant or of the food which I think is a shame as they would benefit from a wider online presence. It is a very nice restaurant, If you are in the area you should go , eat and drink. Inside is very pretty you just can't see that on internet. We felt really welcome and cozy. ”
